Do you own a DSLR (One of those big and fancy) camera? Are you still shooting in Auto? Does that bright green button on your dial taunt you, knowing you can do so much more, but the thought of switching that dial to Manual completely freaks you out?! You are not alone my friend!
So many people purchase expensive DSLR cameras and don’t have the slightest knowledge of how to properly use them! There is a WHOLE WORLD beyond Auto that your camera can do, and you need to learn it! And that’s why we are having this class!
I will be teaching the basic fundamentals of shooting in manual and helping you get your images to look the way YOU want them to, and not the way your camera wants them to.
And let’s get those everyday outside SOOC images from looking like this top image, to looking like the bottom image!
Saturday May 6th 9:30 a.m to 6:00 p.m.
We will be covering these topics:
*Aperture (Depth of Field)
*Lighting and Exposure
*Quick overview of my editing technique
* Going out and shooting live models!
These are the basics that you need to know to get your images looking beautiful! I know this sounds overwhelming, but I promise it is easier than you think!
Recommended Items For This Class
*Lenses you may have ( I highly recommend a 50 mm 1.8 or 1.4 for learning about aperture. This lens is not required, so if you do not have one do not worry.) The links below will show the lens.
Canon 50 mm 1.8
Remember, these are NOT required for the class, just recommended. If you are interested, you may rent lenses from borrowlenses.com, but you DO NOT have to have the lens for the class! 🙂
